Pergi PICC.Isnin 5 Nov'07

Senario 1.

Terima text mesg "Aslkum.En Lans mai m(a)k(a)n kat PICC ni.Boleh sembang2."

daripada Sdr.Ruz***, pengajar ILP KL (dulu beliau mengajar di Teiping Perak :-) ) 5 Nov-07. Pukul 10.03 pg hari senin.

BroLans tahu, di Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) ada Konvokesyen ILP Jabatan Tenaga Manusia (JTM) Kementerian Sumber Manusia di Dewan Plenari PICC Putrajaya, disekitar jalan Putrajaya banyak banner tergantung jadi Sdr.Ruz*** berada di PICC untuk bertugas semasa konvo. *Bila kawan2 call nak jumpa ni lah time sesuai nak bertemu member2 lama Pengajar2 Vokasional*

Hari ni (Isnin) adalah hari taklimat kepada petugas2 dan graduan2 Konvo zon tengah. Konvo esok selama 2 hari, 6 & 7 Nov. BroLans sampai PICC dari Presint 11 pukul 1.45ptg, parkir diaras besmen, (catit dlm hp nombor aras parkir utk mudah cari masa balik nanti!) , naik lif tkt.1 dan terus cari foyer. Kat lobi PICC ternampak familiar faces seperti En.Nik, En.Z*****, Tuan Syed A******* & En.S**** menuju escalator. Jumpa Faher dulu IKTBN sekarang di CIAST serta Faizal & Adnan yang 'tetap & berpencen' di ILPKL :-)

Jumpa Ruz*** dan Zam*** dekat escalator, lantas kami terus ke dewan makan *sebab Ruz*** panggil suroh makan-kan?* dan menuju 2 meja buffet. Nasi dah habis tapi lauk-pauk ada belen2 (balance) *ye-lah datang pun pukul 1, lunch 12tgh* tapi akhirnya pramusaji membawa nasi tambahan & dapat lah makan sekadar alas perut...

Time-time begini, yang penting dapat jumpa kawan2 baru dan lama rakan2 pengajar vokasional, serta juga dapat catching up with the latest development on training ke apa ke....

Zam & Zul ADTEC S.Alam

Semasa dimeja makan Bro Lans dapat berkenalan & berbual dengan rakan pengajar vokasional dari ADTEC Shah Alam; H*****, Zam**, Zul dan Ungku. Tetapi, kalau dgn si Zam*** memang tak kering gusi! Esok pada hari pertama Konvo ILJTM, mereka kena bertugas seawal 6.30 pagi!

Ada yang baru makan sebab baru habis taklimat

Tahniah kepada semua graduan dan semoga anda dapat meningkatkan keupayaan diri ketahap yang lebih tinggi lagi!

Senario 2.

Solat zohor di surau PICC terjumpa Sdr.Il**** I****, senior di Sekolah Sains Cheras Kuala Lumpur. *See, I can remember his name while he can't!:-) *

Dgn senior sekolah Sdr.Il****

Lepas solat duduk bersembang sampai pukul 2 to catch up with the latest up-dates. Sdr.Il**** sedang menghadiri Mesyuarat Penyelarasan Kemajuan Pelan Tindakan pelaksanaan Akta IPA (SPAN). Dgn Sdr.Ron**

Selepas senior sekolah tadi pergi, jumpa pula kawan PTD dari Kementerian Sumber Manusia Sdr.K***** Az*** atau Ron** hendak solat zohor. Dia kena rush nak solat sebab kena duty tapi sempat posing utk bergambar. *He was the one who had encouraged me to send my Masters application to JPA despite being 45 !... Thanks Ron! Baik sungguh pekerti anak Sabah ni bah! :-) Oooh, wanita2 diluar sana, he's married with a kid :'-(





Senario 3.
Ada pameran sempena Konvensyen Pengurusan Rekod Arkib Negara Malaysia yang diadakan di Dewan A pada 5 & 6 Nov itu. Oleh kerana kesuntukan masa, BroLans sempat melawat beberapa booth dan dapat goody bag daripada booth Recall dan buku2 serta akta daripada Arkib Negara. Terima Kasih. That will be beneficial!

Senario 4.
Sesi bergambar di sekitar tempat parkir & luar bangunan PICC bersama kamera digital ku & phone-camera ku. Gambar2 telah di'artist impression'kan. *BTW, please, don't mention about self-worshiping,huh! :-)

Dr.Ahmad Mazli PhD Convocation@UKM Bangi Sat 11Aug2007

Received text message at 1949hrs Monday 6th.August'07 from 'Academic English for Graduate Studies BEL 600' UiTM Shah Alam lecturer En.Ahmad Mazli which read...

"Dear friends, Just to let u know that i'll be getting my PhD this Saturday in UKM Bangi.Sharing my joy with my friends. Mazli."

Later I enquired Prince, a friend a UKM graduate, about the parking facilities during Convos. (I am a UTM & UiTM graduate so sort of dunno about UKM-lah *grin* ). Prince said the parking space near the 'padang' /field next to the Dewan Chanselor Tun Abdul Razak the convocation hall, has ample parking lots for visitors. Anyway I took the turn to the mosque to park my car. Lucky but I had to 'squeeze' for a parking space.

Text msg Doc when he would be 'out' for I have been sweating in my blazer under the not-so-hot sun (price for wearing thick clothes in tropic weather! Talking about coming in style,huh?) . Doc text msg probably around 12 noon.

While waiting, met 2 UKM graduates Diddy and Fazli (the next day they are to recieve their scrolls ) and their senior Masli. Took pictures & had promised to publish their pic in my blog . (I hope they remember the blog's url...)

The Dewan /Hall compound was like 'Beijing Forbidden City'.It was 'chained up' & signages saying only 'authorized' people with special passes are allowed to pass through. That's okay. Anyway, most the people gathered around the green area not far from the main hall entrance or at the parking spaces by the sides of the Dewan.

Around noon when the session was adjourned and everyone was 'out', Dr.Mazli was nowhere to be found. I wanted to call out loud 'Doc!' but I guess at that time, place and moment, 'everyone' would turn around to 'acknowledge' my call for I was mingling around PhD's doctors! 5 minutes later we we able to meet up after I phoned him of his whereabout. Congratulated Dr.Mazli , PhD in 'Measurement & Evaluation' and we took photos. Congratulation also to all the other graduates! ...Being there was an very inspirational too.
