Mr.Roma's leaving office for ITI KL. 30Apr'08

Brother Roma's leaving us for a career promotion. He's been promoted to J48 and transferred to ITI KL...and all will start in May'08. A hardworking officer and fun person to work with (this was told by many of his peers and subordinates) he will be missed.
Among the earlier batch of NVTC J3 officers, unofficially we were 'the 3R'; him, Ros***** and me. :-)
