I*** wanted to go to IKEA.She said there's no IKEA in Egypt. Here, in Bremen IKEA is somewhere beyond the Weserstadion. From the last tram station that we took, we had to board the bus to IKEA/Ratio at Stuhr-Brinkum. The journey taken felt sooooo... far.(Actually before reaching IKEA, I was thinking like 'why am I going to IKEA since we have IKEA back home in Malaysia near One Utama! :-)
Anyway, it was okay since I*** needed friends to accompany her to go to IKEA.
IKEA is SO IKEA! Why I'd said so? Because the layout, the interior and the flow from on area to another is identical to what we have at One Utama. Except that here are more Caucasians! :-) What do you expect, huh? Kat Jerman kaaan? Back home you do see Caucasians (kawasan Damansara kaaan) but not as many as here,hahaha.... Barang pun banyak 'Made In China', ada 'Made In Indonesia'. Barang 'Buatan Malaysia' tak jumpa...mungkin suatu hari nanti :-)
Heading for IKEA

Near the eingang/entrance

At the entrance lobby.
Small cute pencils, brochures and paper list to assist your shopping.

I bought this Morker table lamp.
Lamp cost after discount Euro 1.49 (from Euro4.99). However the energy saving bulb that goes with it costs Euro7.99! (Mahal mentol daripada lampu!)
Did not buy the energy saving bulbs, I bought normal bulbs, 2 bulbs for Euro1.59 :-)
*Do not convert, but you'll tend to convert , I know :-p
Euro1.49 would be roughly RM7.45 and bulbs RM7.95.
I'll check it out at One Utama outlet once I am back in Malaysia :-)

Does it has anything to do with ABBA? Voulez vous?:-)
Morker lamp. Assembled & ready to use on my study table.
Auf Wiedersehen!
