Apprentice

Last night Malaysian tv viewers watched the 2nd.part of season 5 Donald Trump's Apprentice finale. Sean & Lee. Malaysian tv's screening of Apprentice lagged by 11 months or so I guess...already knew Sean the Brit will win bcos I had browsed Apprentice website so less suspense... Earlier on at the beginning of the season, I thought Tarek the MENSA guy would be the 2 finalist. Anyway, all of them have great potentials, obviously from millions of hopefuls all over America. I used to imagine back at the office if the boss would do like what Trump would have done, u know forming task forces, giving task to a particular so-and-so to take charge (acting as 'the' Project Manager') getting (or directing?) others to assist this so-and-so with the special project...alas, the special project did not live up to expectation under this so-and-so's hands? wouldn't it be interesting to see all of the team go to the 'boardroom', battle your way out to defend yourself, make accusations and later see this so-and-so getting fired? 'You're fired'! Would that be sweet, huh? Needless to say, there are lot of things we can learn from Danald's Apprentice, biz tips & candidates commitment n statements during, while & after execution of the task..yada yada...well it's nothing personal it's just business huh?
